Kelsey studied at the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an emphasis in Cognitive Neuroscience. She followed with her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.

Working with various clients seeking help in managing depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral difficulties, trauma, and self-esteem, Kelsey uses multiple techniques. Her techniques include Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, amongst others. Kelsey’s laid-back, friendly approach helps clients feel comfortable and willing to work toward making and exploring meaningful changes for themselves.

Kelsey is licensed by the State of Arkansas to conduct online counseling through technology such as Google Meet, Zoom, and telephone. She is currently working on learning Emotion Focused Therapy.

Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family and pets outside the counseling office. She also enjoys crafting and creating things to share with others.
